Riyadh: ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, announced the launch of the ROSHN Foundation, aimed at operating, managing, and developing public services and facilities - including mosques, parks, and schools - as well as institutionalizing social and developmental work within and beyond communities, in line with governed and sustainable models. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Board of Trustees of the ROSHN Foundation will be chaired by Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, alongside members from ROSHN Group's executive leadership and independent members. This aims to bring in diverse and distinguished expertise to support the foundation in achieving its objectives, with the excellence of the board members reflected in providing the necessary guidance and support to develop a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the desired impact and growth. The ROSHN Foundation will work in cooperation with ROSHN Group's partners from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as with community members, to manage and activate assets within the communities and destinations developed by ROSHN Group, maximizing their benefit under a sustainable operating model. It will also pursue community development by designing and launching social programs and initiatives that contribute to improving quality of life.
