Riyadh: Umm Al-Qura University to Hold Conference on Universities’ Responsibility in Promoting Values, Intellectual Awareness

Mecca: Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Umm Al-Qura University is set to organize a conference from August 25 to 27 focused on universities' responsibilities in promoting values and intellectual awareness. This event will seek to underscore the Kingdom's significant role in nurturing human values and enhancing intellectual awareness.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference will facilitate the sharing of experiences and promote collaborative initiatives between Saudi universities and relevant sectors. It will also spotlight universities' efforts in developing solutions for contemporary challenges related to values and intellectual awareness.

The conference program includes sessions, workshops, and panel discussions featuring over 24 speakers, comprising academics, experts, and thinkers. The event targets a wide audience, including university students, faculty, staff, specialists in intellectual awareness, representatives from cultural and social institutions, media professionals, and entrepreneurs. The overarching objective is to unify efforts and foster the exchange of ideas to strengthen deeply rooted values and enlightened intellectual awareness.
