Riyadh Second Stop for AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Volunteer Interviews

Riyadh: Interviews for applicants to the volunteer program for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 have moved to Riyadh, the second stop in the volunteer selection process. More than 5,000 interviews are being conducted during this stage. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Riyadh stage follows the first stage held in Al-Khobar, where more than 3,000 interviews were conducted. Interviews will continue later in Jeddah as part of a two-month program covering the tournament's three host cities, culminating in the selection of volunteers and their assignment to 20 work tracks across various areas of tournament operations. Volunteers will support operations at various tournament venues in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar as preparations continue to host the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, which will be held in the Kingdom for the first time from January 7 to February 5. The tournament will feature 24 national teams competing in 51 matches across eight stadiums in the three cities.
