Riyadh: The Riyadh Municipality is actively participating in the 12th World Urban Forum, which is being organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The forum aims to present exemplary urban and environmental initiatives on both global and regional scales while leveraging modern technologies for the planning, development, and construction of future cities. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Riyadh Municipality's pavilion is expected to attract over 2,000 visitors, highlighting the Kingdom's achievements in sustainable urban development and its innovative initiatives. The participation is aligned with the Municipality's strategy to enhance the Kingdom's global and regional stature in forums that provide insights into urban planning and smart city construction. This effort is part of the broader role in environmental urban development and the integration of artificial intelligence in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
