Riyadh: The Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) is set to participate in the 12th World Urban Forum, which will be hosted by Egypt and organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat) from November 4 to 8, 2024. According to Saudi Press Agency, the center aims to gain knowledge of contemporary trends in urban development and sustainable cities, share insights and experiences, and present its strategic roles and initiatives. These efforts are focused on enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors in the Riyadh region and improving the urban landscape, aligning with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The center's involvement in the forum will occur alongside over 30 public and private organizations, as the event seeks to address issues and advancements related to sustainable urban development with participation from more than 62 countries.
