Riyadh Hosts Final Round of Longines Global Champions Tour Featuring Elite Equestrian Talent

Riyadh: The final round of the Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League 2025 begins today in Riyadh, featuring 25 riders ranked among the top 100 in the International Federation for Equestrian Sports' (FEI) October 2025 rankings.

According to Saudi Press Agency, among the participants are four riders from the world's top ten: Great Britain's Scott Brash (third), Germany's Christian Kukuk (fourth), Belgium's Gilles Thomas (sixth), and the Netherlands' Harry Smulders (seventh).

President of the Longines Global Champions Tour Jan Tops confirmed that the Riyadh finals mark an exceptional conclusion to the 2025 season. He noted that the prize money, exceeding pound 10.5 million (SAR45.8 million), reflects the high level of competition and the ambition of the participating riders and teams.
