Buenos Aires: The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission concluded Riyadh's participation as Guest of Honor at the 49th Buenos Aires International Book Fair today, held from April 22 to May 12, showcasing the richness of Saudi creativity at one of Latin America's most prestigious literary gatherings.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Riyadh pavilion offered a vibrant cultural program, featuring literary seminars, poetry readings, dialogue sessions, and artistic performances. It also displayed rare manuscripts and books, along with a dedicated section highlighting Saudi publications translated into Spanish, further supporting the global spread of Saudi literature.
The commission emphasized that the Kingdom's presence underscored its commitment to cultural diplomacy and marked a significant step in expanding Saudi Arabia's literary footprint on the international stage.
