Riyadh Airports Company Secures Dual Honors at Saudi Customer Experience Awards.

Riyadh: Riyadh Airports Company, King Khalid International Airport operator, has been granted the Gold Award for Best Customer Experience in Transportation and the Silver Award for Best Business Change and Transformation at the second edition of the Saudi Customer Experience Awards (SCXA) 2025. Riyadh Airports Company CEO Ayman A. AboAbah received the awards and expressed gratefulness for the recognition. He said these awards are a testament to the company's leadership, continuous efforts and commitment to improving the quality of service as a core strategic value. According to Saudi Press Agency, through operational solutions, training programs, and collaborative ventures, the company remains committed to ensuring the best customer experience. In the second edition of SCXA, 27 categories divided into four sections -- CX Classic, CX Spotlight, Industry-Specific, and CX Professionals - are assessed.
