Riyadh: Cityscape Global 2024 continues to attract visitors on its third day, as prominent real-estate developers and investors showcase a variety of housing and investment opportunities at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. According to Saudi Press Agency, the event, running until 8 p.m. on November 14, is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in collaboration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program, a key initiative of Saudi Vision 2030. The exhibition is organized by Tahaluf, a partnership involving the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and private company Informa. The exhibition has drawn significant interest from visitors and prospective homeowners, eager to explore the exclusive offers from major Saudi and international companies participating in the event. Notably, sales of residential units have surged, with the National Housing Company reporting that total sales by its partners jumped from SAR 2 billion on the first day to over SAR 5 billion by the end of the second day. The exhibition features special offers, discounts, and a range of financing solutions provided through partnerships with local Saudi banks. The National Housing Company has introduced exclusive discounts of up to SAR 100,000 on residential units during the exhibition, with a goal to facilitate the ownership of over 100,000 units across the Kingdom. Additionally, the company offers financing options with benefits such as a fixed, reduced monthly installment throughout the construction phase and a competitive profit margin rate as low as 2.59% until the end of November. During the exhibition, the profit margin is further reduced to 2.49%, making it a prime opportunity for buyers before the event concludes tomorrow.
