Religious Affairs Presidency Launches ‘Hajj Gifts’ Initiative to Enrich Pilgrims’ Experience

Mecca: The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque launched a campaign today to distribute gifts to pilgrims, including copies of the Holy Quran, as well as translated versions and their respective interpretations, religious books, prayer rugs, umbrellas, Quran audio CDs, and digital programs featuring scholarly books, brochures, and booklets. These items are being distributed at train stations as part of the 'Hajj Gifts' initiative during the peak of the 1446 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the gifts include Qurans translated into global languages and published by the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran, as well as instructional, awareness, and educational booklets on sound Islamic creed, Hajj and Umrah rituals, intellectual security, the moderation of Islam, and important aspects of a Muslim's life.

President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais stressed that the presidency is diversifying its enrichment methods to serve its moderate message, deliver it globally, and elevate the central role of service to pilgrims, extending far beyond the immediate benefit to pilgrims and visitors through its programs and services.
