According to Saudi Press Agency, the RCMC, through Kidana Development Company, implemented projects worth about SAR6 billion over the past four years to enhance key locations and improve accommodation quality. This year's expansions include increasing rest areas and pedestrian pathways to 66,000 square meters and planting 60,000 trees to moderate the climate and protect the environment.

Climate improvements include 400 high-efficiency mist fans in the Jamarat area and shading 105,000 square meters of walkways. In Mina, restroom capacity reached 7,800 units, reducing wait times by 75%. Healthcare upgrades include expanding Mina Emergency Hospital capacity by 200% and enhancing Jabal Al-Rahmah in Arafat.

Transport readiness includes a central automated control system and 24,000 buses, including 2,500 for arrivals and 400 Makkah buses across 14 routes. Infrastructure, utilities, and ritual sites are fully prepared, reflecting Saudi Arabia's commitment to a safe, efficient, and spiritually enriching Hajj experience.
