QSE Index Closes 0.17 Percent Higher

Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed at 10,125.470 points on Thursday, 17.270 points (0.17 percent) up from its previous closing. A trading volume of 112,358,192 shares was registered in 12,682 transactions in all sectors, with a total trading value of QR 278,727,874.956. The prices of 22 companies rose and those of 27 declined, while 3 companies maintained their previous closing price.
