QOC Secretary General Lauds HH The Heir Apparent’s Visit to "Bayt Qatar"

London, August 08 (QNA) – HE the Secretary General of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC)  Sheikh Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, extended sincere thanks and appreciation to HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatar Olympic Committee for visiting, this evening, (Bayt Qatar) the home to Qatar Olympic Committee in London Olympics 2012 and meeting with Qatari athletes participating in the summer Olympic games.
HE Sheikh Saud expressed his pleasure for the visit of HH The Heir Apparent to Bayt Qatar, pointing out that HH’s words during his meeting with the athletes representing Qatar and congratulating them is an honour and is the largest of all the awards they have received.
Sheikh Saoud  said that  this visit also reflected  the extent of attention given by our wise leadership to the young Qatari competencies in various areas, and its appreciation  to the achievers for their efforts in raising high the name of Qatar.
He stressed that this visit is an honor for all, and that the appreciation of  HH the Heir Apparent is an incentive for everyone to continue hard work and make every effort to achieve the ambitions of the leadership and people of Qatar, and is a motivation for continuing the march of sporting achievements, he added.
