Riyadh: Qiddiya Investment Company and Cleveland Clinic have formalized a strategic advisory collaboration to support the design, development, and operational planning of world-class Sports Medicine and Performance Centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Cleveland Clinic will provide advisory services to support the development of best-in-class sports medicine and performance facilities, beginning in Riyadh and extending to the planned Sports Medicine Center of Excellence in Qiddiya City.
Managing Director of Qiddiya Investment Company Abdullah Aldawood expressed that the collaboration is set to develop a cutting-edge sports medicine and performance ecosystem. This initiative aims to support athletes at every level, advance health, wellness, and human performance, and reinforce Qiddiya's position as a global City for Play, aligning fully with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Tommaso Falcone, Executive Vice President and President of International and Emerging Markets at Cleveland Clinic, stated that by sharing their expertise, they aspire to help build advanced care models that enhance athlete performance and longevity while elevating standards of care across the region.
