On the Arab issue, the newspapers once again focused on the Palestinian cause, and the systematic Israeli assault on the land and people of Palestine, in light of the continued absence of accountability, noting that the aggressive and criminal escalation of colonial settler gangs showed that the condemnations, appeals and calls of the international community do not receive any response from the government of the Israeli entity, which continues its blatant defiance of the international community and the resolutions of international legitimacy.

The newspaper said that the council have made many achievements in its previous sessions in terms of activating its role in oversight, and providing opinion, advice and useful proposals in all areas of its competence in municipal and agricultural affairs, and we are confident that the new council will continue this approach for the benefit of the country and the citizen.

For its part, and under the title “facilitating all procedures for Qatari pilgrims”, Al-Raya newspaper reviewed, in its editorial today, the efforts made by the Qatari Hajj mission in the Holy Land, which works with all its support units and specialized committees to serve the pilgrims of Qatar and the Qatari campaigns and make every effort and harness all capabilities and means of support in order to enable them to perform the religious duty in the best conditions.

The newspaper added that Qatar leaves no room for chance, thanks to the directives of the wise leadership, which always directs to facilitate all procedures for Qataris inside and outside Qatar, adding that Qatari pilgrims are given special care because they perform a sacred duty in which there is a lot of fatigue, especially with the influx of large numbers of pilgrims from the world to the holy places.
