Qatar Stock Exchange Up 0.10%

Doha, August 23 (QNA) – Qatar Exchange was pursued its upswing trend Thursday adding 8.30 points (or 0.10%) to advance to 8,503.64 points from 8,495.34 Wednesday.  The volume of the shares traded was up to 49,844,764 from 49,685,305 on Wednesday and the value of shares down to QR1,044,586,073.25 from QR1,044,903,254.60  Wednesday.
Among the top gainers were Gulf International which was up 0.91% to QR27.65, Al khalij Commercial Bank rose 0.84% to QR18.05, International Islamic Bank gained 0.80% to QR50.70 and Qatar Navigation up by 2.01% to QR60.90.
The Banking and Financial sector index was up 3.01 points, while Consumer Goods and Services sector index gained 98.14 points. The industrial sector was rose by 4.88  points while insurance sector added 7.46 points.(QNA)
