Prophet’s Mosque Mobility Service Assists over 8,000 Visitors Daily

Medina: The mobility service at the Prophet's Mosque recorded more than 8,000 beneficiaries and visitors daily as part of the integrated services provided to facilitate the movement of pilgrims and visitors and enhance the quality of services offered to them.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque explained that the service operates at a rate exceeding 900 trips per day through electric carts. In addition to this, more than 500 carts are provided daily for elderly visitors, helping ease their mobility and enabling them to perform their acts of worship with comfort and convenience.

These services fall within the authority's ongoing efforts to provide an accessible and safe environment and to enhance visitors' overall experience within the Prophet's Mosque and its courtyards.
