Riyadh: The General Presidency of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice implemented a series of awareness programs during Ramadan, benefiting more than 1.6 million people across the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the commission launched an awareness program that emphasized the virtues of fasting and prayer. The initiative included 33,310 awareness tours, 140 lectures and discussions, and the distribution of 2,434 informational materials. Additionally, 28,701 awareness panels were installed, 77 mobile prayer rooms were deployed, and the awareness platform and digital exhibition were activated 52 times.
These initiatives align with the commission's goal to promote awareness and encourage religious observance during the holy month, reaching both citizens and residents throughout the Kingdom.
