Prince Fahd bin Jalawi Meets UWW President to Discuss Wrestling Cooperation

Riyadh: Vice President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed held a meeting at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex in Riyadh with Nenad Lalovic, President of United World Wrestling (UWW) and member of the International Olympic Committee. The meeting was attended by Saudi Wrestling Federation president Fahad Al-Faraj.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between the SOPC, the Saudi Wrestling Federation, and the UWW. The meeting aimed to explore avenues for collaboration in promoting wrestling activities and strengthening the sport in Saudi Arabia.

After the discussions, Prince Fahd and Lalovic observed a training session conducted by the Saudi national wrestling team. The session featured 14 male and female athletes, showcasing the skills and potential of Saudi wrestlers.
