Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud: Arab Interior Ministers Council Embodies Depth of Arab Security Alliance

Tunis: Under the patronage of President Kais Saied of the Republic of Tunisia, the Arab ministers of interior held on Sunday the 42nd session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council in Tunis. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation was led by Minister of Interior and Honorary President of the Arab Interior Ministers Council Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz.



According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Abdulaziz emphasized that the council embodies the depth of the Arab security alliance, which is built on trust and cooperation amidst rapid changes, overlapping crises, and challenges. He highlighted that current security efforts are grounded in the achievements of the past and the capabilities of the present to address both current and future challenges.



The minister delivered these remarks during his speech at the meeting, where he also conveyed greetings from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He expressed their hope that the meeting would further strengthen Arab cooperation efforts.



Prince Abdulaziz extended his deep gratitude to the Tunisian president for his patronage of the session and to the Tunisian people for their warm welcome and generous hospitality. He also thanked Tunisian Minister of Interior Khaled Nouri for facilitating the success of the meeting and welcomed the ministers who have recently joined the Arab Interior Ministers Council.
