Jeddah: President Isaias Afwerki of the State of Eritrea departed Jeddah today. He was seen off at King Abdulaziz International Airport by Makkah Region Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz and other senior officials.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the departure marked the end of President Afwerki’s visit to the region. The visit included meetings with key officials to discuss bilateral relations and regional matters. The presence of senior officials at the airport underscored the significance of the visit and the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Eritrea and Saudi Arabia.
