Riyadh: President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Youssef announced the launch of the Smart Court System during his participation in the Digital Government Forum 2025 today. He described the system as a qualitative leap in the digital litigation experience within the Board of Grievances, utilizing advanced technological solutions designed to achieve the highest standards of governance and quality in judicial services.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Al-Youssef noted that the Smart Court System provides unified and cyber-secure litigation procedures characterized by flexibility, accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, thereby achieving the highest levels of justice. The system enables the remote management of court sessions through a unified platform and streamlined digital procedures, facilitating access to hearings for judges and litigants. It also offers comprehensive tools for documenting session proceedings, safeguarding rights, and enhancing performance efficiency.

This development represents a major step toward leveraging judicial data and artificial intelligence to support the administrative judiciary system. The launch of the Smart Court System builds on the board's ongoing digital transformation journey, which recently included the introduction of the Knowledge Assistant program, one of its artificial intelligence initiatives in the judicial field. These advancements strengthen the board's ability to develop its smart services, anticipate beneficiary needs, and establish a new phase of digital justice based on flexibility, sustainability, and integration.
