Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Friday afternoon received at Baabda Palace the head of the Lebanese negotiating delegation to the "Mechanism" committee, former Ambassador Simon Karam, with whom he discussed preparations underway for convening the Mechanism committee meeting and the topics to be discussed.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting focused on the logistics and agenda for the upcoming Mechanism committee meeting. The discussions between President Aoun and Ambassador Karam aimed at ensuring effective dialogue and coordination among the committee members. Both parties emphasized the importance of thorough preparation to address the topics slated for discussion during the meeting.
