Lisbon: The Portuguese Republic has condemned the heinous Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries in the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Portuguese government stated in an official announcement on its website that the Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Jordan must stop immediately. The government called on all parties to exercise maximum restraint to prevent escalation, safeguard international peace and security, and ensure regional stability in accordance with the UN Charter.
Furthermore, the Portuguese government emphasized that Iran's nuclear program, which has been a longstanding concern for the international community, should be terminated.
