Population Health Team Engages in Field Visits to Safeguard Pilgrims’ Health

Makkah: The Population Health Team continues its field visits as part of its plan for the 1446 AH Hajj season, aiming to monitor the overall health status of pilgrims and enhance preventive interventions by providing high-quality services to targeted groups most at risk.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Makkah Health Cluster said that the visits include early screening for chronic diseases and preventive measures at pilgrims' residential sites, in addition to outreach in tourist areas visited by pilgrims such as the Hira Cultural District and Anwarat. The efforts are part of a broader initiative to analyze population and health indicators and deliver customized healthcare services that meet pilgrims' needs, ultimately contributing to improved public health and greater overall satisfaction among pilgrims.
