PM attends 26th Jordanian International Dental Conference

Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday attended the 26th Jordanian International Dental Conference entitled (From Success to Excellence). Dentists from Jordan, delegations and experts from Arab and foreign countries participated in the conference, which was organized by the Jordanian Dental Association (JDA). JDA President, Azem Qaddumi, stressed the importance of the JDA’s efforts to improve the skill level of its members and provide them with scientific and medical developments regarding the dentistry. Qaddumi, the president of the conference, said the JDA is part of Arab associations, and that the meeting that the Arab dental associations will hold on Thursday, on the sidelines of the conference, and he expressed hope that the meeting would lead to introduce the Arab medical education system, which constitutes a leap in continuing medical education. For his part, head of JDA Scientific Committee, Muhammad Hammo, said that this conference is the largest in the history of the JDA, which will host 49 international lecturers from 25 countries and 35 Jordanian lecturers. It also includes 14 workshops in which 250 dentists participate. Health Minister Firas Hawwari, Senators, MPs, group of dentists and stakeholders attended the conference.
