Makkah: The Pilgrims Housing Committee in Makkah has called on citizens wishing to obtain or renew permits to house pilgrims in the 1446 AH Hajj season to promptly apply through accredited engineering consultancy offices. According to Saudi Press Agency, the committee announced that applications will be accepted until the end of Rajab, with the deadline for issuing permits set for the end of Sha'ban. The committee emphasized the importance of landlords ensuring compliance with all requirements and taking necessary safety and security measures when leasing their properties to pilgrims.
