Riyadh: The General Directorate of Passports is showcasing its AI-enhanced ‘Smart Voice Agent’ service to visitors at the Ministry of Interior pavilion at Cityscape Global 2025. The service is designed to improve operational efficiency at the passport customer service center by providing automated responses to inquiries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, visitors were briefed on how the service leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the customer experience, support digital transformation, and streamline procedures. The initiative reflects the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing efforts to automate services, reduce waiting times, and keep pace with technological advancement in government operations.
