Passports Directorate Issues 15,135 Administrative Decisions Against Violators of Regulations

Riyadh: The General Directorate of Passports issued 15,135 administrative decisions during Ramadan 1446 AH against citizens and residents for violating residence, labor, and border security regulations. The penalties varied among imprisonment, fines, and deportation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Directorate of Passports emphasized the importance for all citizens and residents, including business owners and individuals, to refrain from transporting, employing, housing, or concealing violators of residence, labor, and border security regulations. They also urged against assisting violators in finding employment, housing, or transportation.

Additionally, the Directorate called for public cooperation in reporting violators of these regulations. Citizens are encouraged to contact 911 in the Makkah Region, Riyadh Region, and Eastern Region, and 999 in other regions of the Kingdom for reporting purposes.
