Jadidat arar: The General Directorate of Passports has continued to facilitate the departure of pilgrims from the Islamic Republic of Iran through the Jadidat Arar border crossing in Northern Borders Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this effort follows directives from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and a recommendation by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The directives aim to ease travel procedures for Iranian pilgrims amid the current situation in their country, following the successful and peaceful completion of the 1446 AH Hajj.
The directorate confirmed that all necessary services have been deployed to ensure smooth and expedited departure procedures, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to support the safe return of Iranian pilgrims.
