Riyadh: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the attacks targeting Saudi Arabia, which resulted in injuries. He affirmed the State of Palestine's full solidarity with the Kingdom, its leadership, and people in confronting threats to its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, stressing Palestine's categorical rejection of any infringement on the Kingdom's security and stability.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Abbas said the attacks represent a dangerous escalation and a direct threat to civilians and civilian infrastructure, calling for an immediate halt to such senseless acts, which only fuel further tension and chaos in the region. He stressed that targeting civilian and economic facilities and terrorizing innocent civilians cannot be justified under any pretext and violates international law and humanitarian values and principles.
