Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan received Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Al-Malki today at the Presidential Palace.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, the two sides discussed relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, particularly focusing on the areas of economy, trade, and culture.
President Zardari praised the distinguished ties between the two countries, noting that strengthening bilateral cooperation benefits both nations. He also commended Saudi Arabia's consistent support for Pakistan and its solidarity during times of hardship and crisis.
