Over Nine Million Iftar Meals Distributed at Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan

Medina: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has reported the successful distribution of 9,015,322 Iftar meals at the Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan 1447 AH.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the meals were distributed free of charge through a well-organized system of service within the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards. The authority emphasized that the distribution process adhered to high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that pilgrims received their meals in a timely and efficient manner during the holy month.



The initiative was carried out in collaboration with various relevant entities and volunteers. The program aims to promote values of solidarity and humanitarian service, enabling pilgrims to perform their religious duties in a secure and spiritual setting.
