Riyadh: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has revealed that its unified smart device application has now surpassed five million beneficiaries. With more than 130,000 users accessing its services daily, the app is playing a central role in supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation goals.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the app has issued over 70 million digital cards and provides 52 services across the ministry's sectors. These services include electronic contract documentation, salary transfers via digital wallets, applications for professional visas, transfers of expatriate labor services, monitoring of labor law violations, and an end-of-service calculator.
The application also offers various social support services. Users can register for enhanced social security, undergo disability assessments, apply for financial aid for persons with disabilities, establish cooperative societies electronically, and report domestic violence cases securely. The app includes specific pathways for women, youth, the elderly, and retirees to ensure equitable access for all demographics.
For public sector employees, the app allows them to review employment data, obtain retirement statements, and check their employment status. Government agencies can utilize the app to audit job data and record needs electronically, which improves institutional efficiency and reduces paperwork.
