Over 511,000 Beneficiaries of Madinah Hospitality Association Projects by 28th of Ramadan

Madinah: Madinah Hospitality Society for Hajj and Umrah Services reported a significant rise in beneficiaries of its Ramadan initiatives, exceeding 511,954 by the 28th of Ramadan. The programs form part of its ongoing charitable and field services supporting pilgrims during the holy month.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the association stated that the 'Prophet's Mosque Iftar' program provided 202,996 meals in the mosque's courtyards. The 'Pilgrims' Water Distribution' program delivered 114,950 bottles of water in high-traffic areas. The 'Iftar Distribution Points' project distributed 115,800 meals, while the 'Visitor Support' program assisted 78,207 beneficiaries.

Services were provided through multiple distribution points and key locations, including Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, and the departure center on Hijrah Road, ensuring easy access for beneficiaries.

These efforts were supported by 761 volunteers contributing 3,830 volunteer hours, reflecting strong community solidarity and reinforcing the role of the non-profit sector in serving pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors during Ramadan.
