Madinah: A total of 346,396 visitors benefited from guidance services at the Prophet’s Mosque during Ramadan 1447 AH, as part of an integrated field services system aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and facilitating movement inside the mosque and its courtyards.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque noted that guidance teams provide informational support and respond to inquiries around the clock in multiple languages. These teams also organize crowds and assist elderly visitors and people with disabilities inside the Prophet’s Mosque, contributing to smoother movement and improved service quality for pilgrims.
These efforts come as part of organizational and guidance work aimed at enhancing movement efficiency within the mosque and facilitating access for visitors to various destinations and services.
