Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, has reported that Umrah rituals were performed more than 13.9 million times during the month of Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 AH, according to official statistics.

According to Saudi Press Agency, over 1.7 million Umrah performers arrived from outside the Kingdom during this period. These arrivals were supported by digital and integrated logistical services, which facilitated their entry into the country and ensured the smooth performance of the rituals.

The increase in the number of Umrah performers highlights the Kingdom's continuous efforts to enhance the Hajj, Umrah, and visitation system. These efforts aim to make it easier for Muslims around the world to access the two holy mosques.
