Madinah: The Prophet's Mosque witnessed extensive volunteer participation during the first 10 days of the holy month of Ramadan, with more than 12,000 volunteers contributing to the delivery of an integrated range of services for worshippers and visitors, in an atmosphere marked by high levels of spirituality and organization.
According to Saudi Press Agency, volunteers' efforts were distributed across several service tracks, including organizing entry and exit, crowd management, spatial guidance, directing worshippers, participating in iftar services, and providing logistical support-enhancing smooth movement and elevating service quality.
This participation comes within the framework of promoting a culture of volunteerism and reinforcing the values of giving and generosity during Ramadan, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to increase and empower volunteers and to encourage community initiatives with sustainable impact.
The strong volunteer presence at the Prophet's Mosque reflects a strong image of social solidarity and coordination among relevant entities and volunteers, serving worshippers and visitors to Madinah and facilitating the performance of worship with ease and tranquility.
