OIC Secretary-General Discusses Palestinian Developments with Consul General

Jeddah: Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha today received the newly appointed Consul General of the State of Palestine Ihab Al-Qeishawi at the organization's headquarters in Jeddah. During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian cause, which is the organization's central issue. According to Saudi Press Agency, the secretary-general reaffirmed the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's commitment to supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and to strengthening the presence of the Palestinian cause on the international stage.
