Jeddah: Assistant Secretary-General for Cultural, Social, and Humanitarian Affairs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Ambassador Tarig Ali Bakheet, along with his team from the Youth and Sports Department, participated in the 42nd Executive Board meeting of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA). The meeting was conducted virtually under the chairmanship of Minister of Sport and ISSA President, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on its agenda and included a report presented by the ISSA General Secretariat. The report detailed the progress of preparations for the sixth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, which are scheduled to occur from November 7 to 21 in Riyadh. The meeting also discussed the latest updates regarding future editions of the Games planned for 2029 and 2033.
