Marrakech: The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is actively participating in the 4th Consultative Forum of the Regional Cooperation Organizations (RCOs), currently taking place in Marrakech, Morocco. This two-day forum is aimed at fostering dialogue on mutual interests and discussing the progress of ongoing initiatives, particularly those focusing on enhancing trade and investment among member countries. According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum's agenda includes identifying priority activities for coordination and cooperation for the upcoming financial period. During the forum's opening session, OIC Secretary General Hussein Ibrahim Taha highlighted the significance of the gathering as a platform for creating a more inclusive mechanism among regional organizations within the OIC framework. The event is set to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, information, and expertise, as well as promote the efficient use of resources towards shared goals.
