The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the escalation of war crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territories, the latest of which was the heinous massacre in Tulkarm camp, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of dozens, in addition to committing eight bloody massacres in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, which led to the death of 99 martyrs and 169 injuries. The OIC considered, in a statement Friday, that this is an extension of a long series of crimes and flagrant violations of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and relevant United Nations resolutions, which require accountability and prosecution before international forums, including the International Criminal Court. The OIC also held Israel, the occupying power, fully responsible for the repercussions of the continuation of these crimes, calling at the same time on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities and take urgent action to impose an immediate and comprehensive cessation of the brutal Israeli aggression. The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the occupation warplanes bombed a popular café in the Al Hamam neighborhood in the camp (Tulkarm) Last night, while a number of Palestinians were present, causing the martyrdom and injury of dozens. The number of victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7th has risen to 41,802 martyrs, in addition to 96,844 injured. Source: Qatar News Agency
