OIC Assistant Secretary-General Engages in Cultural Dialogue with Azerbaijan Culture Minister

Baku: Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian, Cultural, and Social Affairs Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakheet met with Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli during the OIC Cultural Festival 'Baku Creative Week.' The meeting involved discussions on cultural projects that are part of the bilateral cooperation agenda between the OIC and Azerbaijan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Bakheet acknowledged the organization of the festival and noted Azerbaijan's efforts in promoting initiatives that align with the goals of OIC member states. He highlighted the significance of culture and cultural industries as essential components of development and societal progress within the OIC framework.

The Azerbaijani culture minister expressed gratitude to the OIC for allowing Azerbaijan to host the cultural festival.
