Baku: Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian, Cultural, and Social Affairs Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakheet met with Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli during the OIC Cultural Festival 'Baku Creative Week.'
