NWC Completes Sewage Network Project in Al-Ghat at over SAR23 Million

Al-ghat: The National Water Company (NWC) has announced the completion of sewage networks in parts of Al-Ghat Governorate in Riyadh Region at a cost exceeding SAR23 million, as part of its strategic plans to strengthen infrastructure in the water and environmental services sectors.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the project includes the construction of sewage networks totaling more than 25 kilometers in length. It aims to provide services to more than 5,800 people in parts of the Al-Andalus, Ghernata, Al-Nafl, Al-Sina'iya, Al-Bustan, and Al-Zuhur districts, as well as the Heritage Village and several government entities.

This initiative is part of NWC's efforts to reduce environmental damage and visual pollution, improve environmental service quality, and keep pace with population growth and urban expansion in the governorate.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to implementing infrastructure projects on schedule to ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable environmental services in line with the objectives of the water sector under Saudi Vision 2030.
