Al-rin: As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the water services system, the National Water Company (NWC) announced the completion of Phase II of the water networks project in Al-Rin Governorate in Riyadh Region. The project aims to support the infrastructure of both water and environmental services and increase service coverage. The total cost of the project exceeded SAR16 million.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project included laying more than 77 kilometers of water networks, aiming to provide drinking water services to some 3,500 beneficiaries in Al-Afj Center, the northern Al-Rin districts, and Qubaiban village. This initiative improves service quality and enhances water supply efficiency across the area.
NWC emphasized that it continues to accelerate the implementation of its projects to support infrastructure and improve operational efficiency in order to meet growing water demand and contribute to water security. Its strategic plans are designed to strengthen sustainability and improve service quality across the Kingdom.
These initiatives align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aim to develop the water and environmental services sector and enhance the quality of life for citizens and residents.
NWC invited households in Al-Afj Center, northern Al-Rin, and Qubaiban village to request service connections through its official channels, including the smartphone app, electronic branch: e.nwc.com.sa, or its official website.
