Riyadh: The National Housing Company (NHC) has announced an extension of its strategic partnership with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) to construct 20,000 housing units within various NHC destinations. This announcement was made in the presence of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed Al-Hogail.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the collaboration has already been activated through multiple projects in the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and Jeddah, resulting in the construction of over 3,800 housing units. The initiative is part of a broader Saudi-Chinese partnership and follows several agreements signed with Chinese firms during an official visit to China by Minister Al-Hogail and NHC CEO Mohammed Bin Saleh Albuty. The partnership is set to play a significant role in advancing the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.
NHC emphasized that this partnership is a continuation of its efforts to enhance real estate supply by forming quality partnerships with major international companies. These collaborations aim to establish urban destinations across Saudi Arabia that meet high-quality standards. NHC remains committed to developing urban projects that support community prosperity, building strong supply chains, improving daily life experiences for customers, and delivering destinations that meet aspirations and provide long-term investment returns.
