New Murabba and Tatweer Buildings Company Unite to Boost Education and Community Development

Riyadh: New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), a subsidiary of Tatweer Education Holding Company, on the sidelines of the Education and Training Investment Forum, currently held in Riyadh.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU sets an exploratory collaboration between the two parties to strengthen educational infrastructure and support community development across the downtown. Under this MoU, New Murabba and TBC will work together to share expertise, establish strategic partnerships, and co-develop programs that enhance the design, development, and operation of educational and community-focused projects.



The MoU also focuses on bringing global best practices into how educational spaces are designed and operated. Both parties are also committed to promoting sustainability by exploring eco-friendly solutions for future facilities and educational projects.



In addition, the collaboration will provide consultancy and thought leadership aimed at enhancing the quality and impact of educational initiatives, while aligning with the Kingdom’s broader objectives under Vision 2030 and its quality of life programs.



As part of the agreement, the two parties will also explore opportunities for economic feasibility studies, support innovative public-private partnerships, and drive long-term, high-impact investments in the sector.
