Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the successful closure of the July 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance was SAR5.349 billion.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the issuance was strategically divided into five distinct tranches. The first tranche, amounting to SAR3.83 billion, is set to mature in 2031. The second tranche, comprising SAR515 million, has a maturity date in 2033. The third tranche, valued at SAR204 million, will mature in 2036. The fourth tranche, containing SAR300 million, is scheduled for maturity in 2039. Lastly, the fifth tranche, which amounts to SAR500 million, will reach maturity in 2041.
