NDMC Concludes July 2025 Sukuk Issuance with SAR5.020 Billion Allocation

Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the successful closure of the July 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance was set at SAR5.020 billion (five billion and twenty million Saudi Riyals).

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Sukuk issuance was structured into four distinct tranches. The first tranche, sized at SAR776 million (seven hundred and seventy-six million Saudi Riyals), is set to mature in 2029. The second tranche, with a size of SAR1.340 billion (one billion three hundred and forty million Saudi Riyals), will mature in 2032. The third tranche amounts to SAR823 million (eight hundred and twenty-three million Saudi Riyals) and is scheduled to mature in 2036. The fourth and largest tranche is valued at SAR2.081 billion (two billion and eighty-one million Saudi Riyals) and will mature in 2039.
