Riyadh: The National Development Fund (NDF) concluded its year-long Customer Experience Collaboration Program yesterday in Riyadh with a ceremony attended by NDF Governor Stephen Groff and the CEOs of development funds and banks. The program aimed to develop the beneficiary experience within the development sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, since its launch in October 2024, joint efforts have resulted in significant achievements: 12 customer experience maturity assessments were implemented according to international best practices; over 80 initiatives were designed to improve service quality and address gaps; and 12 implementation roadmaps were prepared to guide improvements efficiently.
Furthermore, the program facilitated the training of over 200 practitioners through five specialized workshops and included the review of 20 customer journeys to develop more efficient and flexible services that better meet beneficiary aspirations.
